Can you create custom stuffed animals?
Unfortunately, we do not offer custom stuffed animals at this time. The dogs that inspire our stuffed animals were carefully chosen from a shelter where I once worked. These selected pups represent our current inventory, and we do not currently have the capacity for custom creations.
How do you select animal rescues to donate to?
The animal rescues we support are chosen from shelters with whom we've had past collaborations and from recommendations submitted by our community. We believe in making a meaningful impact on the lives of shelter animals, and these partnerships allow us to do just that.
What are your shipping policies?
We ship our products using USPS ground advantage shipping. You can expect your order to arrive within 2-7 business days.
I order 2+ toys and only 1 showed up?
Please note each Shelter Pawz pup is shipped separately to ensure they are packaged properly and make it to your door in tip top shape. Though they are dropped off at the post office at the same time, sometimes they get separated in route and have different arrival dates. Please allow 1-2 days for the other pup to show up. If it does not show up after those days, please contact us.
